The Early Registration Cost for Delegates to attend IPS2008 is $425.00, and that includes: the opening reception, 5 continental breakfasts, 4 lunches, 2 dinners, all breaks, and the hospitality suite.
The Early Registration Cost for a Spouse or Companion is $350.00. The above fee only allows a spouse or companion to accompany the delegate to meals.
On May 16, the registration rate will increase to $450 (regular registration) and $375 (spouse registration).
After May 31, the registration rate will increase to $475 (regular registration) and $400 (spouse registration). Late registration may be limited due to capacity issues.
The IPS Banquet/Cruise is $79.00 per person and the Group Photograph is $10.00
The Optional Tour to Fermilab occurs on June 30, 2008, the free afternoon and evening during the conference. The cost to attend this tour is $50.00 per person and includes bus transportation and a box lunch.
Optional Tour to the Amish Region and Notre Dame Planetarium — CANCELED.
An Optional Tour to Yerkes Observatory and Milwaukee Public Museum also occurs on July 3, 2008. The cost for this tour is $300.00 per person and includes bus transportation, all meals, and an overnight stay in the region.
A scholarship fund will be available for those who wish to be considered for a reduced registration cost or for those who wish to contribute to this fund.
